xlibris has the worst service of all. not only are they unprofessional the reps are so rude. i got escalated to pam pasco and she was so stupid. she didn't know what she was talking about. then was escalated to a certain dave weinman who could not even speak straight english. he was stuttering and seems like he doesn't know what he was doing as a manager. i ended up refunding my service...

Xliris gets good marks for publishing and editing, but their marketing sevices have been very disappointing.

Terrible experience, unbelieveable incompetence. Worst of all they sent out some sort of booklet (never seen by me) as "review copies" to several high profile people on my list. It was junk & not complete. Ready to ask for my refund & go elsewhere. Hoope that is not a hassle.

I started to work with www.xlibris.com.
They took first payment of $510.00 on 11/20/09.
I did not want their servive at this time, and ask for a refund 11/23/09.
Having problems to get a refund back, did not use any of their sevices.
Does this mean I just lost $510.00?
Now I have to change my bank account?

1. Non-responsive to inquiries
2. Premium pricing with substandard service
3. Very slow in production
4. Printer problems including ink on page and binding issues
5. Marketing package that was not tailored to my product
While they do have a good reputation, they may be suffering from complacency. Engage with caution.
