I recently came across Webex a company that cashed in stunning $50 million during the boom years. They provide online and video conferencing services. Has anybody used their services before? How collaborative is their tool?

I was a potential client for someone and they used Webex to show how their program worked.
I have to say I was pretty impressed. The sales guy was pretty good, but the webex program worked flawlessly.
I was able to take over the presentation and experiment with the product I was considering buying.
It looked as if it could be pretty powerful if you have an offsite sales force so you can keep everybody on the same page.
