I have used Webex on a couple of occasions. Once about two years ago, and again about 3 months ago.
I was a potential client for someone and they used Webex to show how their program worked. I have to say I was pretty impressed. The sales guy was pretty good, but the webex program worked flawlessly.
I was able to take over the presentation and experiment with the product I was considering buying. It looked as if it could be pretty powerful if you have an offsite sales force so you can keep everybody on the same page. -Pat
