"I am a producer at TV Tokyo, one of Japan's six networks. I am currently producing a news feature about startup technology entrepreneurs seeking M&A deals. In the past few years, more and more entrepreneurs seem to be approaching VCs with the aim of being acquired by successful companies like Google, Yahoo and EBay instead of going public. At the same time, it has been reported, venture capitalists are increasingly seeking technologies or services that might plug holes in the portfolios of those large such companies.

I would like to feature entrepreneurs and VCs who fit the above description and I would very much appreciate it if you could provide me with names and info for some appropriate candidates. Those selected would be interviewed on tape for inclusion in the feature story, which will air nationwide in Japan on our business news program.
