Well I had missed this one Sipgate brings Vonlage-like VoIP to Germany. Users apparently get a local telephone number but will be charged with a per minute fee (instead of Vonage's flat fee). According to Nico the founders of sipgate are Thilo Salmon and Tim Mois makers of billiger-telefonieren.de.

Have you tried magicJack i think that is the best voip gadget on the market. Free phonecalls to US and Canda and the best rates:)
