Today's first is Videoegg:

Videoegg helps bloggers and publishers to easily publish platform independent video. No hassle with codecs or players and simple upload mechanisms.

Here is co-founder Kevin demoing the product.

What we like:

- Very focused application that is simple to install and use
- interoperability in most browsers as flash is greatly supported
- small team with great output

Where we see challenges:

- Blog or Publishing Program must support Videoegg (you can not just insert an iframe and go on)
- Video Blogging is a feature not a tool so it needs to become the standard fast in order to hold a foot in the door
