vc statistics Germany Q3 2003

Somehow I missed the Q3 statistics for the German vc market, but here we go:

- net investments have been � 423.8 million
- there were 194 new investments in companies worth � 266.4 million
- early stage investments stayed at 20.7%, adding up to 69.4
