TUI to buy Sterling European Airways

Consolidation- here we go.
TUI is considering a takeover of the Danish low-cost airline Sterling. TUI has been an investor in HLX in 2002. The move aims to 'restructure' the Scandinavian business handeled partly by Britannia. The targeted acquisition price is DKK 175 mio. (EUR 23 mio.).
