Jeffrey Nolan puts together a hands-on guide for selecting the right sales people. Great.

My favorite:

"You want your salespeople to be highly leveraged. Big mortgages, expensive cars, private schools, and nice lifestyles are all good things when it comes to sales professionals. The maintenance on big lifestyles ensures that your sales people have an appropriate level of fear that keeps them running at full speed.
