Gotomeeting is one of the best online conferencing tools I 've come across so far. It is also one of the most economical. GoToMeeting let's you share your screen safely and easily through corporate firewalls almost instantly.

You need to install the 'server' on your machine initially which takes less then 3 minutes. You then see you conference call panel whenever you start your machine. What I liked most is the extremely simple sharing of the tool with attendees. Up to 10 attendees are included in your subscription ($39 per month - compare this with webex.com). You may share your Meeting ID just by mail or through the existing phone call. Also you can use the inbuilt conf call facility for free if you like to.

Screen sharing goes flawlessly in it's very simple to give control to other people within the presentation. The picture quality is slightly less than with specialized tools (like VNC) but it works through firewalls (which most other tools have huge issues with).

I have done PowerPoint presentations with it and have shown people live demo's of the Creative Weblogging's network. No crashes so far.


Ideally I would love to see a Skype integration as well. The people at Citrix have promised to work on this soon.
