Entrepreneurship

I found an interesting note in the Venture Capital Magazine today. Helmut Schoen a veteran Business angel at Partech argues (translated by myself):
"The typical Silicon Valley entrepreneur we see, is either a serial entrepreneur or a senior team, trained 20 years or so by HP or similar companies wanting to be on their own now. Such a constellation is quite uncommon in Germany, although market potential in Germany is definitely there."Alas Mr. Schoen is right, that it's still the exception to find serial entrepreneurs in most businesses, I feel the climate has changed considerably. The
"Schadenfreude"is still there after some economic meltdowns, but more and more entrepreneurs have a strong aspiration to emulate Jeno F. Paulucci's career.
