"Fox Interactive Media today announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Scout Media, Inc., the parent company of Scout.com, the country's number one independent online sports network, and Scout Publishing, producer of 47 of the most widely read local sports magazines in the U.S."If you were wondering what Scout is really doing - Here is a rundown:
