RFID's conquer bank notes

The ECB seems passionate to incorporate RFID's into notes printed from on 2005. I'm surprised by such a fast pace of innovation. The aim is to ensure the counterfeit. On the other hand why it shouldn't be possible to copy the identification of RFIDs in the same way? Does anybody know of the way of encryption that will be used?
