Tim Oren gives an excellent in-depth review of a reverse merger (bringing a company public through a shell company). Don't miss.
The bubble has produced quite a number of shell companies at Germany's former "Neuer Markt". But I haven't seen a reverse merger so far.
#Update: Robert Preville has pointed me to his Online Shell Exchange dedicated to connect potential reverse merger companies.

This is a great article. There are more people moving in the Reverse Merger direction every day. It has become a very popular way to IPO. But always make sure you are working with a clean shell. I attended the Alternative Public Strategies Conference last year and learned allot about this process.

Reverse mergers are still being completed even in today's market and offer businesses an alternative to expensive IPO's. In addition, accessing capital is alot faster after a reverse merger is completed.
