During the last days I came across several local organizations, which help entrepreneurs starting their businesses.

Here are two of them:

German Small Business Entrepreneur Network based near Cologne helps entrepreneurs with business plans and investments.

Banson (Business Angel Network South East Lower Saxony) is a freshly relaunched regional business angel network, invests in startups, organizing matching events, fosters entrepreneurship in the region and helps entrepreneurs with on hands support.
