perfect.com has raised another round worth $30 million.

"Perfect(R) Commerce, Inc., the
largest provider of On-Demand Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions
and The Open Supplier Network(SM) (The OSN(SM)), today announced that it has
received $30 million in funding. The deal was led by Apax Partners, one of the
world's leading private equity investment groups, which invested $20 million.
Previous investors also participated in the financing for an additional $10
million.

Perfect Commerce helps companies Improve bottom-line performance through complete source-to-settle, On-Demand SRM solutions, including the world's largest independent supplier network (The OSN) and deep supply chain expertise and services. By simplifying the complex challenges of the purchasing
process, the company enables businesses to reduce costs, improve efficiencies
and accelerate the delivery of bottom-line results."
Rumors were out that perfect.com was about to go IPO this year but seems this will be on hold for some time. Certainly perfect.com has enough capital now to buy some of the European and Asian players. Let's see what happens.
