perfect.com has raised another round worth $30 million.
"Perfect(R) Commerce, Inc., theRumors were out that perfect.com was about to go IPO this year but seems this will be on hold for some time. Certainly perfect.com has enough capital now to buy some of the European and Asian players. Let's see what happens.

and The Open Supplier Network(SM) (The OSN(SM)), today announced that it has
received $30 million in funding. The deal was led by Apax Partners, one of the
world's leading private equity investment groups, which invested $20 million.
Previous investors also participated in the financing for an additional $10
million.
