Naturally the first stop is everyone's personal networks. Another rather new alternative is LinkedIn, which provides a network of experts, often entrepreneurs. I also discovered recently another interesting site called Entremate. This is a kind of online personals site for entrepreneurs which builds profiles of entrepreneurs in order to match team resources. B-To-V established some years back a similar service for the German speaking market "Brains to Ventures" but has been set back with a rather mixed success.
