According to this article the acquisition for mobile.de might be valued much higher than thought.

mobile.de estimates revenues of � 24 million for 2003 and is profitable. The bidding was expecting around �50 million. Now the highest bid (from ebay.de) is about �115 million, nearly five times the 2003 revenues. Let's see where it ends...
