ManageSoft is announcing their US$ 13 million from Siemens Venture Capital, Technology Venture Partners, a leading VC firm in Australia, Atila Ventures/ETV and Deutsche Bank.

Managesoft is a surprisingly international company that helps enterprises keeping track of IT assets and helps to deploy in-house as well as mobile hard- and software. Having experienced the wild growth of IT assets in various organizations I'm sure this is a business model that will fly.
