I was waiting a long time for this. Finally File sharing services are lobbying to become ('more') legal. I'm also very curious if there will be more mainstream movie download service soon.
As of now there are:

Movielink: www.movielink.com
Movieflix: movieflix.com
CinemaNow: www.cinemanow.com
Movielink seems to be only available having a North American IP address. The other two seem to work from Germany at least. Maybe they restrict their services to US credit card holders.
T-Online the biggest german ISP also started a movie download service recently.
