Ketera with $13 million round

Ketera - one of the new soldiers in the Spend Management game has raised a fourth round of $13 million:

"The company will spend the money to expand internationally and to make acquisitions.

Emergence Capital Partners of San Mateo and Concentric Equity Partners LP of Hinsdale, Ill., led the funding.

Gordon Ritter, a general partner at Emergence, will also join Ketera's board of Directorslinks.

Other companies participating in the funding include Kleiner Perkins Caufied & Byers, Integral Capital Partners and Foundation Capital, all of Menlo Park."
