Jigsaw just announced a very respectable $5.2 million round today lead by Eldorado Venture.
I certainly buy the value proposition of getting leads easier. Jigsaw is not the first one with big investments, we have seen Plaxo, Spoke with a different angle but mainly aiming to make lead discovery easier. Both had and still have to overcome privacy worries that have partly diminished the value of the site network. I'll be curious how Jigsaw will develop but it's definitely an interesting play...

I'll be surprised if companies want sales reps selling customer lists to Jigsaw. It could also violate a company's privacy policy that says it won't sell customer data.
