I got the above spam message today. The site links in the email are mysterious but the real URL http://www.netspantv.com/ works as well.
Strangely there are no real reviews or user comments about the service out there.
Is this a real service or a nicely made scam?
## Update by checking the 'Current Station List' it appears they simply offer a user panel for stations already freely available as streams. Smart scam?!

Doesn't seem legit to me. No refund policy and very limited information on where they are located and how to contact them. Looks phoney to me, which is too bad since I'm a sucker for this kinda spam.

This is what I found of Netspan's refunds and exchange policy:
Vixal maintains a strict no-refund policy. If you are dis-satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our support staff http://support.vixal.com/
at between the hours of 9A.M. and 6P.M. PST and we will gladly exchange your product for one of equal value.

if you do your homework you will see Samuel Wood and Bijan Moradi two of Netspans executives were charged with frauding investors. Their website sucks and looks so not legit.

Mspartypants.... and if you did your homework, then you would know that NetspanTV is different than that of Netspan. I am Sam and we were caught up in a SCAM of a boilerroom operations operated by the Roth Group. After two years and hundreds of thousands of dollars... we cleared our names - lost our company and patents on our software....
PLEASE DO YOUR GOOGLE SEARCHING BETTER NEXT TIME.
Good thing it was not called EnronTV or you might have gotten more people confused.
I cannot speak about the NetspanTV product nor will I make a comment.
Good luck.
