It is not the usual way these days that German start-ups dare to look for an IPO. Now Conergy AG is looking forward to follow this path. After pulling the initial IPO offering some months ago it is now determined to go public soon. Conergy is a nice example of a successful European success story from Hamburg the city with one of the highest TEA (Total Entrepreneurial Activity) in Europe.
Conergy managed to bring in EUR 122 million in sales in 2003. The company sales photo voltaic equipment and solar heatings of all sorts. Founded just 6 years ago it has become a major supplier in Europe.
Good luck with the IPO...
