Pumatech a provider of sync software for various mobile devices and maker of the Intellisync product suite has acquired Synchrologic for USD 60 mio. Quite some deal in this industry nowadays. This might be good news for one of Hamburg's most famous entrepreneurs Marco Boerris , who entered the sync software market with his own start up - Verdisoft.
