or better not to sell. Network Enginuity is openly looking for a buyer on it's website. The M&A market is normally very sensitive to transparency. Both sellers as well as buyers stick to a very Limited amount of transparency. Usually a too open desperation for a sell alleviates the price. Mostly you end up with extremely undervalued bids. I'm curious of the Indian management will succeed.

It's normal to keep a certain level of transparency specially at this level. We are talking about important items in business. Companies can get vulnerable for "saying to much". As long there is an equilibrium between seller and buyer everything can work out great.
