The ebusinessforum contributes some thoughts to this topic.
At least six state legislatures in the US are considering bills that would ban state governments from awarding contracts to companies that employ workers in foreign countries.
But I' m pretty sure legislation in US or wherever will and can not stop the trend. But it might be a worthwhile discussion to watch.
