The internet accounts for some 35% of all revenues. They claim their success on a full quality management. Logistics, IT and Call Center are all completely in-house. I was especially impressed by their huge warehouse.
The internet infrastructure is pretty basic (LAMP). They still use a DOS system for internal processes. Additionally interesting have been their accomplishments in marketing their self with adwords. They use espotting and eprofessional and, of course, overture.
In conclusion they seem to play strong in the outdoor niche. There is less serious competition and still high margins. The internet sales channel develops well, as adwords proof to be more and more effective for niche players in attracting customers.
