Idiom recently run through the ticker receiving USD 6 mio in new funding. It seems to have a found a pretty nice niche. Idiom provides

Some years back I had to evaluate some (still affordable) CMS to find an easy solution for handling several languages. Out of my experience it's quite messy changing, adding and updating content in more than 2 languages. Most providers haven't really showed up with a consistent solution. It seems this company can provide some real value.
