VDI News is running a year-end collection of statements about Early stage investments in Germany (you have to sign-up for the newsletter to read it):
The overall notion is pretty gloomy. Early stage investments are rare and will remain so. Investors confirm that quality of founder teams and business plans is steadily improving while investments remain flat. Actually only 7% of investments in Europe go in early stages while in the US this figure is 70%.
