Several universities in Germany have introduced an entrepreneurship program in order to help wannabe entrepreneurs in recent years. The university of Nuremberg and Erlangen has founded the "Study cooperation for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship" an initiative lead by Wolfgang Seidelmann. One of his interesting lectures shows the way how to transform a small company (GbR) into a public limited (AG) using the example of Braintransfer AG.
