Estonia the new internet country?

The German newspaper Wired did cover it back in April. Estonia seems to empower itself as country embracing technology. It has more mobile phones per 100 residents then most EU countries. The government sponsors country wide coverage with internet facilities for public access. ID cards have already been equipped with a digital signature and the parliament has shifted to a non paper policy. Even the percentage of broadband connectivity of households leaps ahead of most EU countries. If the rest of the economic policies grow in the same manner, Estonia might have the chance to be the South Korea of Europe with the same growth rates...
