I'm actually in northern France and try to find some competitive French business models. As of now I know; the tourism industry is for sure very competitive.

Why didnt you mention this earlier? I might have joined you in your search for competitive advantages in France. :)

Just joking, but I would like to visit the Normandie as well sooner or later.

The Normandie was great. I'm just back from there. Especially Etretat (near Le Havre) , shown on the picture, is worth a longer stay, than I could afford.
However, I surprinsingly found some interesting business models and differences in business there. More later :-)
