DocMorris looking for buyers

This is surprising for me - DocMorris the growing online pharmacy is actively looking for new shareholders. According to this source 3i and Techno Nord. Surprising it is as DocMorris just turned black and expects strong revenue growth this year. Surprising also that 3i and Techno Nord together hold 2/3 of the shares of the company. The founder Ralf Daeinghaus holds the remaining 1/3. It could be that the valuation is very attractive as Docmorris had sales revenue of �51 million last year.
