3jam (which is pronounced like 3 G'm, which can be confusing) helps you to coordinate SMS to groups i.e. your network of friends.

MobileSphere - www.mobilesphere.com

Mobilesphere is helping you to send and distribute SMS messages via the web to multiple recipients.

While I have no doubt that could be a good business it is not necessarily very innovative.

Pinger - www.pinger.com

Pinger (recently financed by Kleiner Perkins) brings IM and Voice Mail to the web as well as to your mobile phone.

Flurry - www.flurry.com

Flurry makes your plain old off the shelf phone to an email enabled smart phone with a client that Flurry has developed. Flurry looks really cool and helps to make a cheap phone way more useful. Again something I have to try out on my own to make a judgement.
