I had looked for a while into the economics of a "Concierge Service". Although I could never figure out, how the economics could make sense a french company 'Kiala' got a nice investment of 12.8 Mio. EUR recently. Stunning!
On the other hand the last big web supermarket in Germany Otto has decided to close finally.
