Cachelogic a provider of caching technology for ISPs in order to reduce P2P traffic has secured USD 5.6 mio in Series B with 3i, Pentech Ventures, Cambridge Gateway Fund.
Interesting finding for me: 3i is doing more early stage investments once again and seems P2P traffic is here to last (despite the law suits) so ISPs are buying solutions to effectively reduce traffic.

P2P traffic is such an astonishingly high percentage of consumer ISP traffic that we don't need to look too far for a ROI. Cutting P2P traffic by 10%, or even just neutralizing growth, makes a big dent as long as bandwidth purchase contracts are for actual use, not just a fixed commitment.
