Brian has send in his business plan with the following remarks:

"I have followed your work and blog since I saw your ideas fleshed out on the online dating industry back in November 2003. Since you took the time to analysis the market, I'd like it if you would not mind going over a prospective executive summary of a concept in the online dating business.
The venture is in a underserved niche of the market that deserves a potential lookover. And since you wrote that you'd welcome all comers, then I heartily will take up your offer.
