BAND the German high level organization for business angels published results of a survey of business angel networks.

• each network gets approximately 25 leads/month


• 44% of capital seeking companies enter the screening process, 12% are invited for a presentation


• networks approx. employ 2.6 people (mostly part-time)


• 88% of German business angels networks have a regional focus


• surprisingly only 11% are focused on a sector or industry
