Apparently not, but after 2 rather surprising rounds today comes another funding news: Vonage announces a $105 million round today:
"The company, which enables users worldwide to make phone calls using a touch tone phone over an Internet connection, has 240,000 lines in service. Round leader New Enterprise Associates provided $40 million. For another participant, Meritech Capital Partners, the investment was one of the largest in the fund's history. Vonage is trying to define itself in a way that would avoid state regulation reserved for other telephone companies"Wow!

advanced wireless technology are threatening the foundations of the nation's
$300 billion telecom industry."
There is not enough room for hundreds of market leaders, so feel free to put
Vonage, Skype & Co. on your VC watchlist ;)
