"The man who wrote Reagan's legendary speech ("Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!") was Peter Robinson. Robinson is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution and former chief speechwriter to Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush."
Mr. Robinson proved to be an excellent and witty entertainer for the evening who shared some of the very private learnings working with both presidents. His account of the famous Berlin Wall speech was very rich in detail - not least because it is probably THE most successful speech he ever wrote.
Thanks to Alexander for devoting his apartment with the grand view!
